1. The company's products are two-component products, and the proportions of A and B components must be strictly in accordance with the prescribed proportions and cannot be changed without authorization.
2. The mixing ratio is a weight ratio, not a volume ratio. It must be accurately weighed with a balance and cannot be roughly estimated.
3. The components A and B must be mixed thoroughly and evenly, otherwise the product will not be solidified.
4. After mixing, it can be vacuum degassed to obtain a good appearance and sealing performance.
5. Before weighing, component A may have more precipitation (especially NZ-1), please stir thoroughly before use, otherwise it will affect the product performance, and the product will not solidify in serious cases.
6. After the mixing is uniform, care should be taken to maintain the uniformity of the mixed liquid during use to prevent the generation of precipitation, so as to avoid affecting the product performance.
7. The product must be kept clean and free of dust and moisture before potting to avoid the generation of bubbles and the deterioration of sealing performance.
8. When heating, drying and curing, pay attention to the uniformity and accuracy of the oven temperature to avoid uncuring or insufficient curing of the product.
9. Pay attention to ventilation in the workplace, and have a good exhaust system when using air-conditioned rooms.
10. Since the curing agent has a certain irritation effect on the skin, you should wear work clothes, gloves, and goggles to avoid direct contact during operation. Once contacted, please wash it with hand sanitizer immediately.
11. After the material is used, the unused material should be sealed immediately and not opened to avoid affecting the performance after moisture absorption.
12. Storage requires room temperature storage; at the same time, keep the humidity below 80%, avoid direct sunlight, ensure that the container is sealed and kept away from heat and fire sources; if there is no such condition, the shelf life will be greatly shortened, and the shelf life will be shortened once it is turned on. Please use it as soon as possible.
13. When storing the main agent (especially NZ-1), it is recommended to put it upside down to facilitate the stirring of the precipitation.
14. Due to the high purity of the resin, it may be easy to crystallize at low temperatures. If crystallization occurs, heat the resin to 80-100°C until all the crystals are dissolved, and stir thoroughly. When heating, make sure that the lid is not too tight to avoid any pressure buildup; before continuing to use, it is recommended to cool to room temperature.
15. The curing time will vary with the amount of single use of the product.
