1. The proportion of A and B components of the encapsulant must be strictly in accordance with the stipulated proportion.
2. The mixing ratio is a weight ratio, which must be accurately weighed with a balance and cannot be roughly estimated.
3. The components A and B must be mixed thoroughly and evenly, otherwise there will be partial non-curing.
4. The mixed encapsulant can be vacuum degassed to obtain a good appearance and sealing performance.
5. The product must be cleaned and dried before encapsulation to improve the sealing performance of the product.
6. It is forbidden to use the formulated product in an environment of 25°C for more than 3 hours to prevent the epoxy from falling down.
7. Pay attention to the uniformity and accuracy of the oven temperature when heating and drying to avoid uncured or insufficient curing of the product.
8. Pay attention to ventilation in the workplace, and have a good exhaust system when using air-conditioned rooms.
9. Since the curing agent has a certain stimulating effect on the skin, wear overalls, gloves, and goggles to avoid direct contact during operation. Once contacted, please wash with hand sanitizer immediately.
10. If the material is not used up, it should be sealed immediately and not opened to avoid affecting the performance after moisture absorption.
11. If the package size is required to be larger, it can be achieved by two or three immersion sealing.
12. The storage temperature of the main agent should be 5～10℃, and the hardener and diluent should be stored at room temperature; at the same time, keep the humidity below 80%, avoid direct sunlight, ensure that the container is sealed and kept away from heat and fire; if there is no such condition, the shelf life will be long. Shorten, the shelf life will be shortened once opened, please use up as soon as possible.
13. Due to the high purity of the resin (especially NB-5), it may be easy to crystallize at low temperatures. If crystallization occurs, heat the resin to 50°C until all the crystals are dissolved. When heating, make sure that the lid is not too tight to avoid any pressure buildup; before continuing to use, it is recommended to cool to room temperature.
14. The curing time will vary with the amount of single use of the product.
